Hi, I am looking for someone to assist with regular cleaning and related tasks for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit (100 square meters) located at the corner of Jardine Street and Giles Street in Kingston, near Superbarn. The responsibilities would include: • Cleaning the unit after each guest’s stay. • Preparing beds with clean sheets and ensuring the apartment is guest-ready. • Restocking supplies as needed. • Handling sheets and towels (some tasks, like laundry, could be delegated, but coordination would be required). • Reporting any issues or maintenance needs. At this stage, I am just starting to explore how this process could work and how best to keep the unit in excellent condition while ensuring the business remains viable. I am getting a trampoline installed at my mothers house for my daughter on friday 24th Jan. My daughter is disabled. So I am unable to dig out the old birdcage base to move it (as she is very clingy). I put it there some time ago its not cemented in it was just sitting on the grass but time and a few vines have it fairly situated in place. With my daughter and not being much of a digger thought it would eb smarter to put it in air tasker. It should not take long really. I have been cutting out the vines that are there currently to make it quicker.

I'm downsizing apartments, so I have a lot of things I need to declutter. I have large pieces that can be sold (a sofabed, sofa, fridge, washing machine, microwave, vacuum, toaster, dining table, small desk). And I need to pack. Looking for someone to help me with either all or part of this process. Declutter/Sell/Pack I can pay either flat rate or a percentage of what sells.

Need an experienced person to cook and clean 5 days a week - 2 hours a day should be ok. We prefer vegetarian food, so must be good with that. We are moving house and need help with a few things for a few hours starting from 9am on Tuesday 12 November: * Move small items from a small storage unit in Philip to our home in Lyons (my husband will be there to help you). You will need to have a ute or a van. It will likely be 2 trips. It's just a five minute drive between the storage unit in Philip and our home. * Help us with a few small tasks at our home - such as de-installing child safety gates and removing a wall-mounted vaccum cleaner from our laundry. *Help remove dirt from, and clean up, a couple of our pots that need cleaning up for long-term storage. We will need you to take the dirt with you as we have nowhere in our garden it can be disposed. Video of the items in the storage unit available on request. It's mostly bulk grocery items (boxes of nappies, olive oil, pasta sauce etc), as well as items like kids bikes and small items of kids furniture.
