Cleaning - vacuuming (please bring own industrial strength vacuum), mopping, dusting - not entire apartment as it's a disaster zone in many areas with unpackers putting stuff on all over the place; so only what is accessible Change of bed linen Moving rug, while require moving an L shaped sofa. I wanted to put an hourly rate on but apparently I can't so I've guessed 3 hours at $75 an hour, happy to pay that rate for more hours if required, and if you do the task in less time (which is entirely possible) I'll still pay the minimum 3 hours. Please note I have edited this task to split into two the cleaning and cardboard flatpacking/rubbish removal. Accepting offer based on cleaning/linen change/ moving rug part of the job. Feel free to check out the other task for flat packing lightweight mainly Amazon boxes and taking them to the tip along with some other rubbish. All will fit in a standard car once boxes are collapsed.
