Weekly preparation of 3 meals a week for my family, including shopping and cooking

Hello - I need everything in the picture hauled away. Mostly bedsheets, old clothes, a couple of suitcases, boxes and old dishes. Easy enough for one person to knock out in an hour or less I suspect

I live in a granny flat (very unstructured). Imagine a rectangular box with no cupboard. So I had lots of difficulties organising my clothes and things. I also have ADHD which makes organisation extremely difficult. It has reached a point now where it is too clustered (not dirty, well, at least in my opinion) and I have given up on doing this on my own. Sometimes it becomes difficult for me to leave the house I cant find all the things that I need. I live in a state of deep shame over what my flat looks like. Task include: 1. Help design where things should be given the existing furniture of wardrobe, shelves, desks and sofa bed. 2. Help design places for each item 3. Help pack away stuff in large storage boxes to be shipped away to offset storage facilities. Would appreciate someone that will not judge hoarders and with little stigma for mental health conditions. I think will need at least 2 days to get the mess sorted. But could be faster. I will be happy to help move things around.

Hello! We need a weekly, hard working but lovely and friendly house keeper and cleaner for our home. We are looking to build a relationship with you, we are not looking for cleaning company who send out different people. We expect hard working, exceptional cleaning, high organisation and a friendly manner. But in return we offer a good hourly rate $35/hr and a fantastic family to work for. We are very kind and respectful. We are just very busy mums of 4 kids and 2 businesses, so we need help with running the home. I do have very high expectations of what a good clean is like so if you don’t think you’ up to it please don’t apply. We have had a sensational cleaner work for us for the last 2 years but she has now moved back to her home country.. she was cleaning our whole home in 3-4hrs per week. That was a very thorough clean each week. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. She was even changing the bed sheets over. On some weeks I would ask her to do an extra hour and have her include the folding of the washing and place it on beds. Once a month she would do extra hours for the oven and fridge. Sometimes she would add an hour for windows. I am very realistic about what can be achieved if you are an efficient and thorough cleaner. I need someone great. But we offer long term regular employment in a really friendly safe and happy environment. Please reach out if you are interested. I'm not the best cook, but mostly I don't have the time to cook all of my food which due to the restrictive nature of the diet requires (sad. face) Here are the key details: When: Flexible start date, ideally within the next two weeks. I need to maintain this diet over a 12 week period so would ideally be ongoing. Where: I'm based in Ascot Vale, happy for meals to be prepped offsite or at my house, whichever works easiest. What: I'm in need of the following: - Fresh meals prepped in advance for an approx. four day period that meet the requirements of my plan. - Minimum 2, up to 3 meals prepped for each day (depending on cost) - Support/collaboration on some recipes that meet my guidelines and aren't as boring as the food I've been making myself. - Support building a shopping list for each prep period in alignment with the recipes. I'll pay for groceries and we can work out a best practice for buying the food and getting it to you, as well as getting the prepped meals to me. :) The diet: It's pretty rough. Focus will be mostly on lean protein & vegetables. I need to remove all gluten, dairy, most starches, onion, garlic, sugar, FODMAPS etc. and need to hit 30-40gms of protein and 500 cals per meal. There’s some things that will be bring to downstairs bin and into storage. As for giving my house a clean. (Would need a mop. I don’t have one ans would love mop the floors. I have vacuum.
