I am an individual struggling with ADHD, depression and IBS. I have to follow a low-FODMAP diet at the moment but I struggle to cook sometimes and have many food aversions. I keep cooking the same thing and I'm quite sick of it, not to mention I'm not getting all my nutrients. I need someone to come over and meal-prep some low-fodmap meals (let's say 10 meals). The catch is that you have to come up with those meals based on very restricted amounts of food I can eat. Maybe we could sit down and work it out together, but I will need you to lead the conversation as I'm struggling mentally at the moment and can't come up with anything myself. Then I could get the groceries, and you'd come over to cook the meals. Another catch is that if you accidentally put too much of something in, I will feel quite sick, so I need to be very responsible and careful. I am trying to find someone who would be able to do my food preparation twice a week. Sunday afternoon and Wednesday nights. I would provide all the tupperware and containers and the cash for grocery shopping. It is very specific the portions and measurements of food I want packed so I would also provide a scale and measuring cups. Please only serious enquiries please. Hi all! We have a very successful Airbnb 3 km from the CBD of Sydney. We are hoping to get regular help with cleaning and presenting/preparing the property. We were hoping to get someone in this week as a test run to start with a general cleaning. The place will be free to clean and includes floors, kitchen bathrooms, etc. I can do a full rundown on the inquiry. A husband and wife team may also be handy for the long term or someone who doesn't mind also doing a little light gardening and/or cleaning of the courtyard which usually involves using the leaf blower and a hose down and/or pressure cleaner or small maintenance jobs as/if required. For this week, preferably Tuesday (26th) or Wednesday (27th) will be a relatively light introduction with a few hours of cleaning duties. I will be able to take you through the process for a booking checking in on Thursday (28th) this week. Then the following Sunday (1st of October) I will need the property prepared for new tenants on the Monday (2nd of October), independently.
