I have a house that needs to be cleaned out and prepared for sale. Unfortunately, I am overseas and will need to do this remotely with someone. So you will need a phone or laptop that can run WhatsApp/Zoom/FaceTime so we can discuss what to do with things while you're there. You will also need to do this in the afternoon/evening, preferably in a session of 2-4 hours. We may need several sessions. The critical thing is to get it tidy enough for a cleaning crew to come through and do a deep clean before we take the photos for sale. There are many things that need to be disposed of, e.g. old VHS tapes, general rubbish. Other things need to be boxed up and/or stuffed in cupboards so they're out of sight, e.g. papers.
