Essentially i’ll need someone to: - grocery shop and meal prep (I will provide cash for groceries and will want the receipt & change) - vacuum the communal areas - mop the linoleum & tiles in kitchen/bathroom areas - wash dry and put away laundry and dishes - wipe down surfaces (cabinet doors, fridge door, kitchen counter) - tidy my bedroom I would appreciate common sense and efficiency (eg. don’t vacuum & mop before meal preparation, put laundry and/or dishwasher on before going to get the groceries) because it’ll save you time and effort. When it comes to grocery shopping, i won’t be paying for your uber to and from the store so it’s probably best that you are able to drive. this task is a one-off but i may re-post the task again in the future :) - Due date: Before Monday, 22 August 2022

Looking for someone to water gardens until 16 Jan. MUST be reliable. Up to 3 visits per week (depending on weather). Gardens are a mix of auto irrigation, manual timer and some hand watering. All up watering should be approx. 30min x 3 times per week (less if it has rained). Also want someone to check irrigation system to make sure it is working correctly. Must be reliable and can speak English as I would like to converse via phone. Tenant has moved out so may need to bring own hose.
