Need someone minimilist to help declutter clothes and toys and organise paperwork

Small garage needs to be tidied, should take no more than 1 hour. Need to be strong and energetic, nothing really heavy, just needs to be cleared ready for storage of boxes.

Home cooking once per week for 1 person, ideally should be 3 dishes in quantity to last him at least 5-6 days, small to medium apetite, prefer Indian food. Sometimes will need cooking for 2-3 persons on request at an extra cost.

We have an attic that has become disorganised. 4 hours of work. If we finish early then full payment will still be made and if we hit the 4 hour mark then we can agree more time or finish. Need help pulling all the boxes and tubs out and putting them back after I sort them out. I am looking for a strong, hard worker. As they come out I will try and organise them so they can go back. They will need to be carried through a bedroom to a landing area for sorting. A few (maybe 10) will need to go up or down 1 flight of stairs if they are going to be recycled or thrown own. Length of the attic is about 15 meters. It is about 5.5 feet tall at its peak but there will be times where being on hands and knees to drag boxes will be needed.
