Role would include but not limited to; - cleaning, dusting, tidying, organising - washing clothes, dishes and making sure kitchen and common areas are in order - depending on availability possibly some extension tasks or errands for the right person Keen to start this next week

We are looking for someone to take over the cleaning of our Air BNB in central Ipswich from Mid January. The role would be ideal for a stay at home parent with little kids as we don't mind if you need to bring the kids with you for cleans. As the property is an Air bnb the exact days for cleaning changes week to week and the cleaner needs to be able to be flexible. Some cleans are midweek, some are on weekends. We pay penalties for weekend cleans and pay a minimum of 2 hours even for a quick change over. It is a small, 2 bedroom property with one bathroom. I've recently had a mental health episode and have let my house get in a bad way. Around a month I've struggled with my daily chores and just need some help with getting everything back in order. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge room. Organisation of clothes in wardrobe, ect... I'm happy to be there or let you go at it on your own. I'm happy to also provide pictures. Upon successful completion of the trial and following up on resources provided to effectively collaborate, must be available for lots of work now and in the coming weeks to complete decluttering mission.

I have a medium sized walk in pantry that I need cleaned out and organised. I have tubs, containers and canisters in place already but I’m lacking the time to do it. A decent amount of sorting is required. - sort like items into tubs / containers - throw away expired foods, empty boxes etc. - wipe over shelves - clear / sort top shelves, placing any ‘non-pantry’ items to the side. This would be ideal for someone with minimal organisation experience as I have the tubs / containers already laid out. I really just need someone to get in there sort out the items for me.

We need someone to organise our garage. We use it as a storage room but it's not currently possible to know what we have or where it is. The Tasker would need to remove everything from where it currently is, put it in cheap (we're pensioners, sorry) boxes/drawers with labels that the tasker can provide themselves, and walk us through their organisational system once they're done. It doesn't have to look pretty but everything needs to be findable, reachable and able to be put back. Any help would be truly appreciated.
