Hello, I just moved to this unit last week. I need a cleaner to do the following tasks: 1) Cut the foam as per measurement (I will provide) and put on kitchen stone with tape 2) Cut the plastic (Carpet protector) and attach to carpet with tape. 3) Vacuum the living room carpet 4) Clean and mop the bathroom floor 5) Clean bathroom basin, commode and shower area 6) May be some assistance with other light work (e.g. organizing boxes, etc.) I shall provide everything required (chucks, mop, solvent, vacuum cleaner, etc.) for the cleaning. DO NOT BRING YOUR MATERIALS. Not seeking professional cleaners, anyone can do this work. It will be around 4 hours of work by 1 person. Please quote me for 4 hours (inc airtasker fee). The amount of $100 I entered in this project is just an estimation, and not final. I will choose someone based on your quote. I had been battling long covid for 3 months and my partner works full time so neither of us were able to keep the unit in shape. Our main need is decluttering. Our unit is small so we bought additional storage shelves but still find trouble with how to organise them. As the focus of the job is decluttering, we do not require bathroom, laundry or bedroom cleaning unless there is time. Next coming Friday Sunday and Wednesday are the cleans at this stage but I’m looking for a cleaner who’s available for 2 to 4 cleans per week on an ongoing basis with flexible days as this is a short term rental the days change week to week I will always try and give you as much notice as possible, but it is difficult to predict The cleans.
