Hi, Hope you’re having a great start to the week! We’re looking for a reliable cleaner with experience and attention to detail for a 2-2.5hour ongoing weekly clean in Liverpool. We live in a high-rise apartment, and parking is available in the building if you arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM and street parking outside these times. With a baby on the way at the end of April, we’re looking for weekly support rather than fortnightly or monthly to help keep things running smoothly. Half of the work will be standard cleaning, and the other half will involve housekeeping to maintain order. Our home includes: • One bedroom • A baby nursery • A home office • A small kitchen • An open-plan living & dining and balcony area • One bathroom + one ensuite (both quite compact) We need standard cleaning each week along with general housekeeping tasks which COULD include: • Changing bed linen • Putting on and away laundry, replacing towels, etc. • Unloading the dishwasher • Hand washing a pot or two as well as some knives every now and again as they can’t go in the dishwasher • Tidying up and ensuring everything is neat and functional • Emptying bins around the home • General dusting and upkeep • Sweep the balcony occasionally • Clean glass balcony doors We require that you are fully insured, have a valid police check, and can provide invoices for all services. We’d love to find someone experienced, thorough, and proactive—someone who can understand how we run our home and takes initiative where needed. In return, we will have this as a long term, consistent opportunity with flexibility and reliability - approx. $60 per hour. I had been battling long covid for 3 months and my partner works full time so neither of us were able to keep the unit in shape. Our main need is decluttering. Our unit is small so we bought additional storage shelves but still find trouble with how to organise them. As the focus of the job is decluttering, we do not require bathroom, laundry or bedroom cleaning unless there is time. Next coming Friday Sunday and Wednesday are the cleans at this stage but I’m looking for a cleaner who’s available for 2 to 4 cleans per week on an ongoing basis with flexible days as this is a short term rental the days change week to week I will always try and give you as much notice as possible, but it is difficult to predict The cleans. Always need to be done at sometime between 11 which is checkout and 3 pm which is check-in I’ll meet with you the first couple of cleans to show you how I get it done so that you can complete it in the most efficient possible way and get on with your day. I just need someone ideally someone local who’s really reliable and can help me at short notice if you’re interested in more work I can certainly offer that to you as I’ve got multiple properties but at this stage this is only for my property out of Liverpool . Sometimes you’ll literally go to the apartment and it wouldn’t have been touched other times. it’ll be a bit of a mess. I don’t know who’s paying $500 a clean but it’s unheard of $100 is more than a fair rate for a couple of hours

First of all Very sorry for the lack of notice. I need to cleaner who is available to go right now to an apartment in Liverpool to clean it as quickly as possible. It’s a nice reasonably new unit to bed to bath. I need everything cleaned. The sheets changed which are all on site and you can just leave the laundry in the storeroom and I can come and do it later on. You don’t even have to do the laundryit’s super urgent. My cleaners called and last minute can’t do it. I’ve got people coming around 3 pm to check in so it has to be someone who’s available right now another day or time won’t work please only put an offer if you’re available and nearby Liverpool right now thank you so much and I’m happy to pay additionally for the emergency callout per se I normally pay 65 a clean.
