Hi there, i’m putting some feelers out to find a reliable cleaner who can do once every fortnight. We have a 4bed, 2bath house, but only 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms need cleaning. Cleaning tasks every fortnight will vary as this will serve as a “top up” (i’m currently pregnant so can’t keep up with everything constantly). I will provide cleaning equipment, you do not need to bring your equipment and I prefer cleaners who can use my own equipment. I have a dyson vacuum, bissell spotcleaner, steam cleaner as well as various mops, cloths and chemicals. You will ONLY need to bring your own gloves, and headphones. I’m not too fussed as to whether you have your own transport or not as I will have all the equipment ready. You will just need to bring yourself and your energy! Also feel free to pop in your headphones and be in the zone. I’m likely to work on stuff or be out doing things. The initial session will be paid through airtasker however, afterwards you will need your own ABN as i will transfer directly. Home is located in Jubilee Estate near Manor Lakes. Must be ok with cats and dogs. No tidying/dishwashing/laundry required. Just cleaning needs to be done. I need someone to do every Monday or Wednesday or Friday (you choose the day) and you may change the days every fortnight as it suits you. The offer on Airtasker is only for the first session, the second and subsequent session I am looking for someone who can do between $30 to $35 per hour (depending on experience and quality of cleaning), for a minimum of 2hrs (maximum 4) depending on what is required that fortnight. Had boxes of rubbish piled up but my dogs have had to stay in my garage the past week due to my backyard being sorted so they have destroyed it and gotten rubbish everywhere. Everything will need to be taken including the trolley if possible. Only things not to be taken are the treadmill, chest freezer and few other things I will point out once here. Would highly suggest wearing a mask due to the dogs peeing and pooing a few times in there and it needing a pressure wash hence why I want to get all the rubbish removed.
