Looking for good natured cleaner to work with. I have a two bed unit I have to air b and b or loose it as can't afford mortgage. Reliability essential and will need to be done before next stayer moves in. I will stipulate that unit must be left clean or they lose deposit so condition will vary but I am reasonable and will vary amount you get dependent on how bad it is. Please take photos of any damage. Job should take no more than two hours but if takes more we will negotiate. I’m moving from one part of Maroochydore to the other and will need handyman support for a variety of tasks EG: - Help moving some boxes of personal items (no furniture) - Ute or van would be fine - Assembling furniture from pre pack - Reassembling some items we’ve had in storage (trampoline, two beds) - wall mount new TV Could be other stuff too Will probably need your help for a few chunks of time throughout July and perhaps into August. Will also likely have some ongoing occasional work as required. I’d be interested in working on an hourly rate basis if possible as I have no idea how many hours it’s going to take to do everything.
