It needs cleaning Inside and out each time it comes home from a hire. Refilling gas bottles etc. replacing towels, linen etc It takes about 2 hrs to do it all. It happens on a schedule. We can tell you the dates we need way in advance. There are about 10 bookings to the end of the year. So roughly every 1 or 2 weeks and it’s ongoing.
