Intolerant to acidic foods, additives, and prefers low-histamine ingredients where possible. Meals priority should be healthy, toddler-appropriate, and calorie-rich with good fats to support growth. Includes preparation of snacks, breakfasts, and main meals for the week. Bonus if meals can include lunchbox-friendly options for kinder. Some meals can be frozen; we have an extra small freezer we can stash food for a week. A list of ingredients used in each meal must be provided to ensure all dietary needs are met and easily tracked.
