Our front porch is in need of some attention as you can see in the photos. We need some cleaning and decluttering. Looking for somebody who has a keen eye for detail and can help not only in cleaning but organising our front porch to look aesthetically pleasing. We will be purchasing some shoe racks and organisation items as needed, if you have any recommendations of what you feel will be needed for the area to look nice, we will purchase the items based on your recommendations. It may require some stuff be taken to the dump. When: TODAY! Monday 8th Jan 2024 Time: 11am. Price: $35/ hr factoring in our AT fees and 22% AT fee for you = $50. We need a strong, energetic person that can comfortably and quickly: 1. Lift & move a small fridge onto a trolley and take it down a flight of stairs into storage. 2. Clean out junk / dirt in a laundry room to make it usable (there's old items that need to be thrown out). Items are left behind laundry products, cleaning items. The room is external so has leaves/debris needs a DEEP clean. Total task is about 1hr or less. It's a very small room and fridge is small and is going down 1 flight of stairs to the downstairs storage area. We have a trolley. There’s a large skateboard quarter pipe in my garage that’s too large to move through the back doorway of the garage to the backyard. Im looking for someone with a drill to come take it apart into pieces just small enough to move to the backyard and put it back together in one piece. We take care of maintenance and cleaning for a number of elderly and physically disabled clients with in the inner and outer west, we have over 60 hours of cleaning work, per week with some friendly and easy going clients contact us for more details

We please need someone (or a team) to please take out, wipe down, and re-order (and throw away stuff as needed) our kitchen pantry (which is a floor to ceiling set of shallow shelves, about a metre wide and a foot deep); another couple of pull out drawers (of condiments etc); two bathroom vanities/bathroom shelves (need taking out stuff, wipe and throw away and put back in so better ordered), and tidying our daughter's bedroom (mainly ordering inside her wardrobe/her toys, and making it look nice! Doesn't need wiping down). If extra time, we would like some help with folding laundry and packing away and/or ordering it in their storage baskets. This is not a cleaning job - ie no need to do full vacuum etc - more tidying so we can (better) clean. We would think this is a 4 hour job. We are hoping for tomorrow (Tues, 10 May) or Wed sometime between 10:30-3pm finish, or else Thurs from 9am (but least preferable, need to be finished by 1pm). - Due date: Before Thursday, 12 May 2022
