I need someone to be on call, cleaning a 2x bedroom 3rd floor unit in Glenelg that is rented on AirBnB. The rate will be $150 an hour. You are expected to do one hour worth of work after each tenant leaves, anything more than that and you will have to inform me before you do it. You will be provided with a pair of keys and contacted by me between the days of 06/12-15/01. I have attached a floor plan of the unit. I need a 110Kg heat pump moved to its new position. It can be moved on dollies most of the way (I have them), but it needs to be lifted up onto a low wall, no more than one metre from ground level. The whole move from the garage to the location is no more than 20 metres and will likely only take 15 minutes. NB - this is a two strong person lift.
