Really trying my luck here. I am a carer for my parents and my mental health has been in the bin my whole life but particularly recently as my parents have moved into a nursing home and I am now dealing with every corner of their financial and medical needs. I also have learned I have inhereted hoarding. I went through my own break up a few years back and there’s a lot I find hard to let go of. Since dealing with the clear out of my parents (hoarders themselves) it has left mine even more so difficult than before. I just don’t know how to get myself organised I am so overwhelmed. We've organised a hard rubbish collection at the olds' house after a big spring clean-out. We need some muscle to help get the place cleaned up and ready for Christmas.
