Hi there, I am seeking housekeeper for a weekly visit to my home. Cleaning including laundy, dishes and general tidying as required. I am looking for a local cleaner who owns and runs the business themself with all insurances and a valid ABN for invoicing. I am not looking for a cleaning agency, I'd prefer to pay directly to the person working for me and building a trusted relationship. Cleaning is required once a week for 3 hours, day and time can be negotiated. We have a small but very friendly dog, you'll need to be comfortable being alone with the dog. Our home is one bed, one dressing room and a small office, one main living area, kitchen, an ensuite and laundry/second bathroom. We need a detailed clean of all areas once a week. Most importantly we need support with additional housekeeping tasks like: - putting loads of washing on, hanging washing out every week - changing sheets on one bed each fortnight - folding clothes and tidying drawers as required - organising cupboards/drawers in kitchen as required Our previous housekeeper was able to do all of this and more in 3 hours each week. Sadly she is moving home to the country and will be finishing up next week.
