Hi there, I am seeking housekeeper for a weekly visit to my home. Cleaning including laundy, dishes and general tidying as required. I am looking for a local cleaner who owns and runs the business themself with all insurances and a valid ABN for invoicing. I am not looking for a cleaning agency, I'd prefer to pay directly to the person working for me and building a trusted relationship. Cleaning is required once a week for 3 hours, day and time can be negotiated. We have a small but very friendly dog, you'll need to be comfortable being alone with the dog. Our home is one bed, one dressing room and a small office, one main living area, kitchen, an ensuite and laundry/second bathroom. We need a detailed clean of all areas once a week. Most importantly we need support with additional housekeeping tasks like: - putting loads of washing on, hanging washing out every week - changing sheets on one bed each fortnight - folding clothes and tidying drawers as required - organising cupboards/drawers in kitchen as required Our previous housekeeper was able to do all of this and more in 3 hours each week. Sadly she is moving home to the country and will be finishing up next week. My husband and I both work long hours and multiple jobs, what we're looking for is more than just cleaning but also household support like general tidying, dishes etc. In return we will commit to a weekly clean on an ongoing basis and pay fortnightly in advance.
