Would love to find someone to help keep our home clean and cook very nutritious food for us to consume throughout the week. I’m thinking one day per week but open to suggestions.

I am spending too much time meal prepping. I need someone to prepare 5 days worth of meals for me. This usually takes me 2 hours. What You’ll Do: Prepare meals for 5 days per week based on my customised meal plan (I’ll provide the plan and recipes for all the meals) Very simple meals eg chicken and rice, spaghetti bolognaise, overnight oats etc Ensure the meals are properly portioned and stored in the fridge for easy access throughout the week. Skills required: Basic food skills What I Offer: I’ll provide the meal plan and grocery list – you just need to do the prep and cooking. Flexibility in timing (I’ll work with you to schedule the prep at a convenient time each week). This task will ideally be ongoing for the right candidate.

Hi i know this probably seems like a stupid request but i have an auto immune disease that affects my hands really badly and leaves me unable to do simple things like washing dishes.... ive just moved and currently shopping for a new dishwasher but in the meantime i need some help please! Admin assistant for a customer service Role at a Personal Training Studio. From collating welcome pack, writing birthday cards and if have great phone skills will also look into customer feedback survey calls and booking consultations. This person will also be required to look after cleaning and tidying on studio. Vacum, mopping, clean bathroom, toilets, kicthen area and wipe down all equipement. The admin work needs to be done once or twice a week with cleaning task twice per week. The above 2 roles will be set each can either be Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday to complete task, anytime of day that suits you. The last role we need is for adhoc cleaning of an Airbnb apartment 5min from the business location. This involves, changing and washing linen and towels, mopping vacumming of a 1 BR apartment, this take 90min to 120min to complete. Will start in the beginning with Minimum 10hours per week. $30 per hour incl super. And will build to approx. 15 - 18hrs a week. We believe this role will suit a person who wants to have flexbility with some extra weekly income. please not the adhoc air bnb work is important so we need all roles taken care of, the airbnb role as mentioned is adhoc and need to be down between 10-2pm on the day of changeover.
