I have just put in a Fibaro system for home automation and need help with configuration. I have lights and motion sensors. I specifically need to set it up to turn on lights on motion sense and have them stay on for a half hour unless they sense more motion and then start the half hour timer again. Hi, I have a storage shed with a couple of couches, washing machine, bedside tables and a heap of storage boxes of stuff. I’d like the shed to be sorted neatly so when I sell items it’s easily accessible for my mum to attend for collections and photos of as many goods as possible so I can list them and sell as much as I can. I have a few pics of the unit. I am unable to get out there for a few weeks so would be nice to have this done as I really am in need of the $$$.

We have a property with 3 dwellings on it. I am looking for someone to come and do 6 hours of deep cleaning. The entire property will not be able to be completed in that time however I will have a list of cleaning tasks I would like to be worked on for those 6 hours. need 2 or more people to carry for 40 metres up a 30' slope: - 34 concrete retaining wall sleepers (1.6m x 20cm x 75mm). 60kg each. need 2 people to carry 1 sleeper. - 60 x 20kg bags concrete - 60 x 20kg bag gravel. because it needs to go up set of stairs, its not practical to use a wheelbarrow for the last 20 metres. (first 20m is ok). also sleepers not practical in wheelbarrow. must be carried by hand. first 20m is concrete walkway and last 20m is stairs. we have done 90 sleepers and 20 bags previously. I estimate it will take 2 man team: - 90 mins to carry 34 sleepers - 150 mins to carry 120 bags. (I may be able to get some ramps and you may then be able to wheelbarrow 5 at a time the entire 40m) so 4 hrs per person = 8 hrs for both people. I am pricing this on total 8 hrs. I’m very flexible on day. / time. If you want to do it over multiple days, that’s fine. The sleepers arrive Monday morning 9am and the bags arrive Monday afternoon. Ideally I would like this done in the next week or so. This is a 2 man job.

I need help to move my belongings from one storage unit (1.5m x 3 m)to another (4m x 5m) (in same facilty). Can load into car or ute as there is nothing really big and trolleys are available. Most items are not heavy and can be lifted by one person, I can help with some of the lifting. Need to sort through boxes and organise contents into larger unit so I can see what I have and find things. (Boxes were packed by someone esle so I don't know whats where) I have recently had surgery so cannot do much lifting. I will need help to find and sort/organise clothing an paperwork and some other personal items. I have some mild disabilities so need someone who will be kind, patient and help me to stay on track. I am very overwhelmed and dont know where to start. May also need some assistance for general tasks - going to bank - getting keys cut and doing laundry at laundro mat. Maybe three hours (for one person) possibly less time if you work fast. We got flooded in cyclone, tool shed needs to be cleared today (Monday). Will entail carrying items from backyard toolshed as instructed, down side of house, to skip on front lawn. Also breaking down one bed frame upstairs, then carrying bits from upstairs down, and again, to skip on front lawn. Some items already outside front door, ready to be skipped. You must be fit to do stairs and multiple trips (backyard to front is flat). Work gloves recommended. Prefer one person or pair to get this done. Possibly more work later in week.

I’m looking for someone to help clear out some scrap and unwanted items from a small studio and place them into a skip bin located in the driveway. I am looking for someone to help for 2hrs. Hi, I need someone who understands clothing, space, organisation, storage and folding. I have a spare room with a bunch of clothing items that are organised badly, folded badly and stored ineffectively - I can't seem to get it right. Id like to pay someone to come and sort it for me and create a system of storage/ideas. Further work I'd like if possible (can pay for extra time/labour) would be for ironing and preparing as part of this process. It looks like maybe an hour's- to 1.5's work.
