Hello! I’m hoping to hire someone for 2 days per week ($35 per hour) to help me manage the house. I’m a single parent working full-time hours during weekdays. Weekdays with my kids are the hardest for me to pick them up and walk the dog and also get dinner cooked and ready, and keep the house in order. I’m looking for a female who is interested in just Mon and Tues coming in during the day at any time for roughly 3-4hours per day and doing some laundry, tidying (not cleaning) the house and also cooking dinner for us. Maybe grocery shopping. You can be there when we get home around 5pm or leave before that too. So long as everything is clean and done. Linen Pick-Up, Drop-Off & Outdoor Maintenance We’re seeking a reliable, hardworking person to assist with linen pick-up and drop-off for our Airbnb properties, as well as outdoor area maintenance. This role begins 30th December and runs until 6th January, with potential for ongoing work throughout the holiday period. The Role: Linen Pick-Up & Drop-Off: •Collect clean linen from our laundry in Tweed Heads South. •Deliver linen to properties in Kingscliff, Cabarita, and Pottsville. •This ideally needs to be completed between 10am - 12 noon. Outdoor Maintenance Tasks: •Leaf blowing. •BBQ cleaning. •Pool glass cleaning. •These tasks need to be completed ideally between 10am - 2pm to align with guest check-ins. It will require - sorting and labelling samples - going through boxes of product and sorting or throwing out - tidying and cleaning. The store room is in our office, its about 3m x 6m in size. It is up stairs so you will need to go up and down stairs quite a bit, We will help carry boxes down with you so that it is safe.
