I need help prepping our home for Airbnb. This will include packing up personal items, clearing out the pantry / fridge, and generally clearing things away. Cleaning isn't required, just organising. Our home is a 3 bedroom home.

The weekly clean would include: - changing bed linen - dusting - vacuuming - mopping floors - kitchen clean - bathroom clean I have a dog - please don’t apply if you don’t like dogs. I am a tidy person and don’t make much mess. I need a cleaner who will be thorough and will proactively clean if something looks like it needs doing. I would also request someone who will stay for the 2 hours I pay them each week and clean for 2 hours. I have found that the approach for some cleaners is to race through the clean in record time and just sort of do the minimum. I am flexible, pay on time, leave the place tidy so it’s easy to clean…. I just need someone who will be thorough. Please don’t apply if you’re not going to be the one doing the work long term. If you own a cleaning agency don’t send your best person on day 1 and then someone inexperienced thereafter. Obviously I’m speaking from experience! I would like my fish tank professionally cleaned which would involve cleaning the glass, vacuuming the gravel and cleaning the two canister filer pumps and partial water change. One is currently not working because I have not put it back together correctly, but not missing any parts. The tank is pretty clean currently as per pics taken today.
