We are looking for someone who can meal prep / cook healthy meals for our family (2 adults, 2 kids aged around 2 and 4. We would like dinners and lunches (for adults) prepared for the working week. This would ideally be done in one block of time on a Monday but we are flexible with that. We will provide all ingredients and food preferences but also very happy to explore new food. Flexitarian diet and mostly GF.

Looking for a "housekeeper" to assist in any odd jobs from cleaning, washing clothes and sheet, washing dishes, changing sheets, prepping basic food, food shopping and running errands, tidying etc. I will be a new first time mum at end of May and hoping to have someone come roughly 2hrs x 3-4 days a week (can be flexible) to help me focus on recovery and rest, and stay on top of everything! I am looking for someone to come over for about an hour a week and: 1. collect all the bins in the house and take them outside and put them in the correct garbage bins; 2. sweep our downstairs courtyard amd front verandah of leaves and put them in the green garbage bin; 3. sweep and mop the living areas downstairs of our house (floorboards). I have cats and chickens (all friendly) but not suitable for those with allergies. Most times are fine between 8.30-5.30 during the week. Happy to start on a trial basis for a week with the possibility of making it weekly. Hoping to organise a permanent cleaner for our 3 bedroom terrence in Rozelle. - Due date: Flexible

Budget is per week, no idea what this is worth so feel free to discuss. We’re two busy professionals who find planning a healthy menu each week and doing the midweek prep a challenge. We’re looking for someone to help on a weekly basis with the bits we struggle with, namely: - Menu planning and with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 6 days (ready for a Saturday shop by us). - Come to the house Tuesday night and make dinner and the next day’s lunch, and do meal prep for the rest of the week for anything that takes a while that would be difficult to do the night of, eg sauces . - lunches can be leftovers, soups, salads, rice paper rolls, sandwiches once every few days etc - we have a slow cooker/pressure cooker and air fryer. We’ll cook all the meals except Tuesday night and Wed’s lunch. We have a gluten free diet (coeliac) which is one of the reasons we’d like to do the grocery shopping and have Tuesday’s dinner prepared in our home - we can be confident of no cross contamination. We are looking for healthy options that are high in vegetables, low in carbs, with a good variety. We don’t eat pork products apart from bacon, ham and prosciutto, and don’t like oily fish (unless it’s raw salmon on sushi, which we love). I can’t think of a cuisine we don’t like. Happy to refine the recipes as we go and end up with a stack of recipes we like and over time cycle through with a new recipe 1-2 week, so that after a while the recipes effort is much lower. We’d like to start with a 4 week trial, and if it works for everyone, continue ongoing. Thanks! We live in Rozelle, parking can be a pain but you should be able to park in front of our garage with no issues.
