1 hour trial for Part time home help for elderly man in Rushcutters Bay. We are looking for a compassionate and patient person to assist a lovely man in his 80s who has mild dementia, and give his family part-time relief. The role involves providing support and companionship throughout the month (flexible hours), helping with daily chores such as light cleaning, and ensuring his well-being. Experienced carer not required, but someone with an an interest in caring for elderly individuals and who is empathetic, patient, and comfortable with light domestic duties. Some duties may include: - Provide companionship at home and engage in meaningful conversation - Assist with personal care, if required. - Prepare and serve lunch, if required. - Take him for a short walk once in a while, ensuring safety and mobility - Provide general assistance with any other tasks as needed - Some housekeeping duties, and maintaining a tidy living space Would be required for 50-70 hours per month.
