I’m looking for a reliable person to do a pre check in inspection for our Airbnb home in Rye. I’m looking for someone who has absolute attention to detail and who will be able to ensure our guests walk in and the home looks exactly like it does in the photos: cushions fluffed and in the correct room/spot, cupboards neat and tidy, heating on. Cleaning shouldn’t be required at all as it would have already been competed! Ideally this job should be done before 10am and mainly on Fridays at the moment but other days may be required. Ideally you have an appreciation for interior design and are house proud. You are my eyes and my trusted partner in ensuring the property is perfect for every guest. As the house is already been cleaned this job should take no longer than 15 mins to 30 mins.

Hi there. We have a new holiday home in Rye (4bdr, 2 bathroom modern home) that we rent out from time to time. It needs to be cleaned weekly usually on Mondays but sometimes extra cleans on other days depending on occupancy. Linen needs to be rotated and laundered as part of the job. Generally takes 1 person (amateur) about 4 hours to complete :). Would love to hear from you if you are reliable and punctual with good communication skills!
