Looking for a regular cleaner to give the house a once over including the courtyard and de-weeding. Ideally 2-3 hours a week in the afternoons, can be done as one session or split up throughout the week. There are also two cars as part of the household that will need cleaning also but not every week.

Hey, I’ll be away between the 9th and the 17th of June so I will need someone to clean my Airbnb between guests for that period. The place is a tiny 2x1 apartment so it is really easy to clean, cleaners in the past have been in and out in an hour or less. I will send a more detailed description of what needs to be done Once accepted, the only thing to mention is that as it will be multiple cleans over a period you will need to wash the linen and towels so you have enough for the whole period, most cleaners in the past have taken the laundry home and washed and dried it (drier recommended for this) then brough back the next day to swap out with the dirty stuff again. It’s not fully booked yet so will have to update you in the dates but i generally get one or 2 night stays so it could possibly be 5 or more cleans. I can compromise a little in the first payment as I know airtasker takes a percentage but after the first clean it’s a fixed $75 which i can pay however you please. You will need to be available every morning between the above dates and the clean must be finished by 130pm at the latest, you can start as early as 10am. My elderly parents' house needs a deep clean followed by weekly maintenance cleans. It's an older 3x1 house but has hardwood floorboards throughout and is tidy and easy to clean. Mum has an (undiagnosed) early stage dementia but is easy to talk to. She does need watching when out, but is OK at home and Dad or I are there with her anyway. She's almost never in the house alone. I haven't been able to clean for a couple of months so it's getting a bit dusty and toilet/vanity/trough/bathroom need a good going over. Weekly clean is quick and easy but I'd like to start chipping away at windows, sills, Venetians, cupboards, fridge etc so the weekly clean might be a whip around then a start on some of the bigger things. There is a small laundry/toilet with tiled floor, small bathroom with tiled floor and shower recess, one toilet. My parents both live there and Mum receives a Home Care Package which will be used to pay you. Dad is a smoker but only ever far from the house and people. There are no pets except a budgie who stays in his cage. Access is easy and safe. I'm their primary Carer and Package Manager and intend being at the house when you're cleaning, or will take Mum out, so no need to stress about taking care of Mum or having her confusing your tasks. I will be giving you clear instructions about the cleaning required. We want a person who is gentle, sociable, diligent and flexible, but knows how to clean with an eye for detail.
