We are looking for a regular cleaner/property manager who is able to help with changeovers for at Berwick(ongoing) 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Typically the property has 1-2 changeovers per week,with each changeover involving approximately 2-3 hours of work. Work hours are generally 11am - 3pm, 7 days per week (often on weekends). Need to have your own vehicle and be available to work these hours. Work will be consistent but differing days of work, so would suit someone who doesn't have additional work during the day. Role includes: Cleaning the property between stays - kitchen, bathroom, vacuum, mop etc Handling linen change - either can be washed on site, taken home, or washed at a laundromat. Price INCLUDING the laundry fee. Tasks include: 1) Moving Black Tan Bark into Garden Beds with Wheelbarrows (Its nice and light) - can provide shovel/barrows 2) Spray down Glass Pool Fence with a spray on foam - then wash it off (easy, spray on, rinse off) 3) Clean up some general Garden areas, do some raking etc. Ideally we want someone with Garden Maintenance or property type skills.
