Hi, Hope you’re having a great start to the week! We’re looking for a reliable cleaner with experience and attention to detail for a 2-2.5hour ongoing weekly clean in Liverpool. We live in a high-rise apartment, and parking is available in the building if you arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM and street parking outside these times. With a baby on the way at the end of April, we’re looking for weekly support rather than fortnightly or monthly to help keep things running smoothly. Half of the work will be standard cleaning, and the other half will involve housekeeping to maintain order. Our home includes: • One bedroom • A baby nursery • A home office • A small kitchen • An open-plan living & dining and balcony area • One bathroom + one ensuite (both quite compact) We need standard cleaning each week along with general housekeeping tasks which COULD include: • Changing bed linen • Putting on and away laundry, replacing towels, etc. • Unloading the dishwasher • Hand washing a pot or two as well as some knives every now and again as they can’t go in the dishwasher • Tidying up and ensuring everything is neat and functional • Emptying bins around the home • General dusting and upkeep • Sweep the balcony occasionally • Clean glass balcony doors We require that you are fully insured, have a valid police check, and can provide invoices for all services. We’d love to find someone experienced, thorough, and proactive—someone who can understand how we run our home and takes initiative where needed. In return, we will have this as a long term, consistent opportunity with flexibility and reliability - Approx. $60 per hour. Hi all, I am a new mum of a 5 week old baby and have a 2 year old toddler. I’m finding it difficult to stay on top of things around the house. Looking for a local female who is really experienced in home help maybe a few hours a week/ as needed. Attention to detail essential. Tasks might include but are not limited to: -General tidy of the place( packing and sorting toys). - doing dishes and packing away/stacking and emptying dishwasher -Laundry +++ (washing, hanging out/drying, sorting and folding). Packing clothes away. I’m falling behind on this mostly. -Changing bed sheets. -Decluttering -fridge, freezer, pantry clean out and taking inventory -Basic cleaning (we have a cleaner already). etc. Please give your best price. Everytime we try wash our clothes, when the laundry gets down to 11 minutes, it starts shaking and moving, and then stops and shows the message “out of balance”. We’ve tried running the same cycle with less clothes, but the same thing happens again

Must be able to lift up to 30kg. Will be up to 4 hours work. Friendly work environment on home acreage at Austral. You’ll be working along side the owner, who is a male aged 38 years old.
