Its not an end of lease clean. Ive been away for 4 months and had tenants here so Im doing a big clean, refresh and organise. I need someone to come and assist me for 6-7 hours mostly kitchen and laundry. With Lunch and coffee/phone breaks included. I want to pull everything out of the cabinets in my small kitchen, cull and pack into boxes (you are welcome to take anything Im not keeping before it gets donated.) Vac, spray n wipe cabinets inside n out. Then do the same in my little laundry, just pull everything (vacuumes, mops, baskets) out (just 3 drawers to empty, cull and reorganise)Give everything a good dust - (washer, dryer, windowsill), spray, wipe down, vac, mop. Half the jobs can be done sitting on a little stool. A few other odd jobs maybe balcony sweep, take some rubbish bags down to the bins, but no bathroom cleaning. While you're in the laundry I will be culling clothes and various household items again you will be welcome to look through my donate pile afterwards and take anything you like. I am in Southport right near the Sundale Meriton, walking distance from tram. Offering $200 firm as I myself make less than $30ph BEFORE TAX at the moment. Easy days work, nothing too strenuous.
