You will be guaranteed a minimum of 6 hours per week & during peak periods could get up to 15 hours + Must work weekends, have own equipment & able to travel between Labrador & Surfers Paradise. Starting at $230 cash p/week for the 6 hours then paid at $40 p/h after (not including travel time between units) I will be working with you to train you in what’s required initially then you must be able to complete the tasks on your own. We are looking for someone to come to our house to cook, clean, do some laundry and change our sheets once per week (8 hours roughly). You will first do the grocery shopping (will take about 1 hr), then come to our place to start cooking enough meals for the week, cleaning and doing laundry. The cleaning and laundry won’t take long if we are doing it regularly. We will give you rough ideas of the types of meals we like plus any specific groceries we need. You will be required to have a car to drive to the grocery store from our apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment and we are quite clean, so cleaning/laundry will take 1-2 hrs max. Prepare house for open homes twice per week every Thursday late afternoon and Saturday mid mornings. Our house is currently for sale and I require someone who lives near Isle of Capri to attend the house to turn on lights, scoop leaves out of pool, blow leaves off lawn and tidy up prior to every open home. Needs to be reliable who can attend every open home over the next 4 weeks. Should not take longer than 1hr each open home to open up. All equipment will be provided at the house.
