Prepare house for open homes twice per week every Thursday late afternoon and Saturday mid mornings. Our house is currently for sale and I require someone who lives near Isle of Capri to attend the house to turn on lights, scoop leaves out of pool, blow leaves off lawn and tidy up prior to every open home. Needs to be reliable who can attend every open home over the next 4 weeks. Should not take longer than 1hr each open home to open up. All equipment will be provided at the house.
