I need to outsource a HR professional to assist me with HR, recruiting new team members and compliance for our rapidly growing NDIS business. The first part of the recruitment process will include but not limited to: -Understanding our business processes and development of the required positions base on the current business needs. - creating new position descriptions for the new job position openings (3x) -Creating/posting/managing job ads on SEEK and/or Indeed -Short Listing candidates -Reference Checks -Document checklist / compliance - Organising individual and/or group interviews with the successful candidates - ideally from our office in Surry Hills) - Developing a simple and effective worker induction program and running the induction program for the new employees. I need someone reliable that can go above and beyond. The full recruitment process needs to be autonomously carried out and compliant with the industry award. Exposure and experience in NDIS worker recruitments would be of preference. The recruitments to be finalised by the end of Nov-2021. Looking forward to receiving some quotes. Many thanks.
