Find an iCloud setup technician in QLD

I am looking for an apple person to come to our house (Not Remotely) who can help us all our Apple products. I have an Apple Mac computer and an Iphone and I have 200GB storage on Icloud. I am not sure if all the stuff on my Mac backs up to icloud or not. If does not need it to My wife has a windows lap top and has just purchased Apple Mini Mac. My wife has icloud email address My wife has an iphone. We need to get all the data of my wife's lap top to the Apple Mini Mac and then be able to sync her phone to the mac mini My wife would like everything to back up to icloud including all her uni stuff,photos etc My wife is a visually impaired student and we are tying to make this simple as possible for her We would like family sharing and if necessry would upgare the 200GB Icloud storage. Just really need a mac person to come and help us and would be guided by your recommendations.

I cloud storage full . Need assistance to see what’s the prob

I have about 4 old hard drives that contain photos which I would like to upload to iCloud, however they are configured for a Mac but I currently own a PC. I know it’s possible to change this - I just don’t know how. I’d also like to reset my laptop. The OneDrive is currently in my ex-husband’s name and linked to an old work email account of his that he no longer has access to. As a result, I can’t seem to link my Microsoft 365 that’s on my phone to my laptop (I used to be able to - I’m not sure what’s happened!). Basically I’m a Luddite and require someone to help me streamline my laptop so that I know everything syncs with my phone, so I can reduce digital dress and just get on with things!! Also, when I turn on my laptop I’d like to see my name, not my ex-husband’s old business name, etc. - Due date: Flexible

Outlook can't see my icloud contacts regardless of the add in showing up as installed. Microsoft applications and outlook are all uptodate. no issues with calendar events generated on my phone showing up on my laptop. Used to work, no longer does. - Due date: Flexible

I have 150GB of photos that I would like copied from my hard drive, with the same folders, to i cloud please. Some earlier files are not JPEG, so It may be only half that can be dowloaded.
