Car key stuck in 2008 VW Jetta. I’m happy to order ignition cylinder online if someone can install it as the car has its key stuck in ignition unable to take it out and we have had to turn the car off by unplugging the battery temporarily.

Car scanner and scanned to access BCM on a Ve Holden Calais . Key needs to be reassigned to remove the security lockout active mode and recognise the original key and or a new key I have. Car will not start till the modual and key recognise each other . This only happened from disconnecting the battery.

Starter and battery are strong but the car is occasionally not firing up. I reckon 95% it is the wire in the photo that seems to have gone on an oily adventure. If someone of an autoelectric bent could fix it up that would be great :)

Hello I need someone with experience with my ignition barrel on my 2008 Ford Territory. What’s happened is I put the key in the ignition, turn the key but instead of the spring resisting when passing the on to the engine start function it just completely turns to the top and absolutely nothing happens to the car power or ignition. It doesn’t start, it doesn’t make noise and there is no resistance. I need someone to have a look and help me fix it as cheap as possible. My kids are relying on me to get them to school and daycare come Monday and I’m freaking out.

Need ignition switch replaced on BF Falcon, 2006. Barrel is fine. Common problem with these Fords. Unreliable starting and won't flick back after starting.

have a gianni ferrari turbograss mower,it has a 36 hp diesel motor,been having probs starting sometimes start,sometimes wont depending on how you turn key,previous owners put a overide switch on it,i think because it had a dodgy ignition barrel,so i ordered a new igniton barrel,ripped out the old one and went to put the new one in,now it wont start at all,as a matter of fact it doesnt even seem to have power coming thru from the battery,have recharged battery ,tested it with multimeter,checked all fuses i can see with multimeter,found 1 bad replaced it,still no power,yea need expert or competent help

Need someone with some auto electrical skills to help fix the wiring behind my dash in my 03 Hilux as it's a mess from the last owner. I don't own a multimeter or necessarily have the skills or physical capability due to injury. I've had the dash open before and it was too confusing for me. I have some basic wire/solder/terminals but would probably need to bring some to fix the issues. The following definitely needs fixing: -power to the radio -power to ignition -remove second battery system Someone with the skills/knowledge could probably fix it all in 2-3 hours maybe less. More issues may become apparent during work. Can't afford a big budget fee.

Labour for fitting 3 new sparkplugs and 3 Ignition Coils on a Toyota Aurion 2007. I have the parts but don't have the tools to do the change. I have already done Coils and plugs for 2, 4 and 6, so no need to take off the intake manifold. This job should take no more than 30mins. It is for coils and plugs on 1, 3 and 5

My MD ride on mower has a faulty wire connection at the ignition. One has to fiddle with the wires to get it to start and then cuts out randomly when driving. I need an auto electrician to identify where the loose connection is and fox the connection.
