The job is split into two parts: Part 1: Crawlspace Above Flat Ceiling (Approx. 60 sqm) - Remove and bag old ceiling batts - Vacuum roof space to remove debris - Seal any gaps for vermin-proofing - Supply and install new ceiling batts - Dispose of old insulation at the tip - Timing is critical: Access is much easier during roof replacement. Part 2: Cathedral Ceiling Below Rafters (Approx. 65 sqm) - Check for existing insulation (likely none) - Inspect downlight ratings and install insulation as needed - Seal any gaps for vermin-proofing - Supply and install new ceiling batts - Timing is critical: Only accessible during roof replacement. Details: - Total roof space: 125 sqm - Roof replacement scheduled within 1-3 weeks, weather permitting - BYO industrial vacuum and PPE - Tip fees for disposal and insulation material will be paid for separately. Important: - Timing is crucial due to limited access. Work must be planned around the roof replacement schedule. Requirements for Tasker: - Experience with ceiling insulation and roof work preferred - Must have industrial vacuum and appropriate PPE - Supply of insulation materials - Ability to work safely in roof spaces - Willing to dispose of old insulation at the tip

I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well. We have some missing insulation from previous electricians removing insulation to install downlights, and not placing them back. This is causing issues with cold spots in specific areas. We need help to put back existing fibreglass insulation in a few areas, only some spots are missing. Looking for an insured individuals with experience with steel truss frame roof.

I have two boxes of insulation that need to be layed in the roof. Should be fairly quick job, we layed some previously but now I don’t have ladder. You will need one to get in man hole.

I want R3 or R4 insulation installed under the floor of my weatherboard, I need approx 75sqm, half of the house only has about 100mm clearance so that side is not going to be able to be insulated, but the other half has at least 500mm clearance accessable from a hatch outdoors and that is the bit I want insulated.

91 Sq Mtr of insulation. Not sure if i should use batts or polystyrene, happy to discuss benefits. Plenty of clearance from 500mm - 1200mm, no rubbish and very dry underneath so clear access.

Install insulation in roof. We have about 20 pieces of insulation left over from a minor renovation that we’d like to be added into our ceiling. Entry to the roof is through a manhole in the powder room. You’d need your own ladder to access roof and leave the powder room area clean on completion of the job - no handprints, fluff etc

Hi there, I would like to get a quote for installing ceiling insulation in a one storey 3 bedder (roughly 105-120m2) and it's a concrete tiled roof. Ideally I would like someone with experience, is insured and if an electrical check can be done that would be excellent too. I am planning to buy my own batts (most likely glass wool). If you know how to install whirlybirds that is a bonus as well. (but please just quote me on the ceiling install) I would like this to be done on a date between the 16th of July to the 26th of July, so pretty flexible. Thank you in advanced for giving a quote.
