Recently bought our first home and looking to install R4-R5 insulation in roof of our 2 bed Victorian terrace house. Roof is colour bond, total area is approx 50-60sqm and gap between joists is about 15 inches. Crawl space is pretty cozy for me (6'2 & 100kg) but electrician was up there doing wiring for solar recently. There's no existing insulation up there, but there's some old wiring that needs to be checked out. May also need bathroom vent connection, but that can be a separate quote.

Im looking for price quotes on three tracks. 1 is curved, 2+3 are standard straight line but theres a dropped ceiling w/ insulation box to get thru before you reach the concretre ceiling these will be drilled into. In the bedroom it comes with bulges and need to fix after water damaged And need to painting it for the ceiling . I want R3 or R4 insulation installed under the floor of my weatherboard, I need approx 75sqm, half of the house only has about 100mm clearance so that side is not going to be able to be insulated, but the other half has at least 500mm clearance accessable from a hatch outdoors and that is the bit I want insulated.

I am looking to see if someone can assist in adding some insulation to our roof. It currently has R2 and I would like to add at least another R2, if possible. The total area is roughly 40sqm. The space is quite tight, and has about 60cm distance between the plaster and the external roof. If possible, it would require careful consideration not to damage the plaster.
