I live in a townhouse and have a shared wall in my home office with my neighbour. I assume my neighbour has also set up his home office in the room across the shared wall. He has a loud voice, so I can hear him whenever he's on a call with one of his clients or coworkers. I would sound insulation to be installed in my side of the shared wall. The wall is 2.1m wide and 2.5m tall.

Hi, My sunroom gets hot when the sun is out because the ceiling is only metal. I’d like to insulate it with either plasterboard and thermal insulation or insulated panels.
