Change insulation for my home

Hello, I'm just getting prices for budgeting. How much would it be to get insulation installed in approx 160m2 roof space. There is no existing insulation, but there is air con ducting to work around. Tile roof, open, downlights, sarking, high pitch roof. I think I'm interested in, EWR4-580, Earthwool R4.0 Thermal Ceiling Insulation (580mm)

Needing a quote for someone to do the job and or help me as a labourer to insulate the ceiling of a Single story brick home with 137m2 area to insulate, concrete tiles with no sarking. Due to the fact that no sarking was ever installed, I’m thinking the best and easiest way to access would be to remove enough tiles in a central point of the roof to access the cavity from the top of the roof rather than the manhole, as well as removing tiles throughout the roof to allow airflow in and heat to escape as well as let light into the cavity without the need to install lights internally into the cavity adding to the heat. I already have the insulation here ( pink batts ) and will be measuring the bays and hopefully getting the insulation cut to suit before insulation to save time.

I'm looking to install an insulation film on the balcony windows in 3 rooms. The approximate areas are 3x2m, 2.5x2m and 2.5x2m, each balcony window consists of 2-3 seperate glass panes. I'm looking for a film with maximum heat/cold insulation properties and I'm looking to install on both outside and inside. The privacy or light reduction properties are not needed. Finish (part done) installing insulation batts in ceiling - approx 80m2 - but requires someone young, flexible and with attention to detail. working around / under air con ducting and cables. We supply the insulation batts and straps/fasteners for vertical wall (1.5m H x 7m L). Suit building industry apprentice looking for weekend cash work before Christmas.

The current insulation of the house may need some repair. The ceiling gets too hot, needed to check and whether we can reduce heat with further insulation.

Roof insulation isn’t installed properly and would like it fixed

We require someone to help with installing insulation under timber flooring. Hetitage home with approx 1 meter of space to install insulation. Not suitable for someone who is claustrophobic as it is a tight area to work. Approx 80 sqm with wool insulation to be cut to size and fitted under house.
