Hi, I need insulation installed in Garage wall and ceiling in a new house which is getting build. Other areas have been already insulated. Total area Wall -15 sqm R2.5 batts Ceiling - 33 sqm - R6 batts Need to be done on 19th of December. Please send your quotes.

Recently bought our first home and looking to install R4-R5 insulation in roof of our 2 bed Victorian terrace house. Roof is colour bond, total area is approx 50-60sqm and gap between joists is about 15 inches. Crawl space is pretty cozy for me (6'2 & 100kg) but electrician was up there doing wiring for solar recently. There's no existing insulation up there, but there's some old wiring that needs to be checked out. May also need bathroom vent connection, but that can be a separate quote.

Approximately 4mx4m tin roof garage needs insulation batts installed and timber sheeting (will be the new ceiling) secured over them. Materials purchased already. See photo showing current tin ceiling and batts to be installed. Ceiling to be painted (one coat) after installed.

As per title / job description

I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well. Open to discuss, negotiate. Thanks! Could you also give me an indication of how long you think the job will take, more detail the better :)

Remove insulation and paint ceiling

I have two boxes of insulation that need to be layed in the roof. Should be fairly quick job, we layed some previously but now I don’t have ladder. You will need one to get in man hole.

I want R3 or R4 insulation installed under the floor of my weatherboard, I need approx 75sqm, half of the house only has about 100mm clearance so that side is not going to be able to be insulated, but the other half has at least 500mm clearance accessable from a hatch outdoors and that is the bit I want insulated.

91 Sq Mtr of insulation. Not sure if i should use batts or polystyrene, happy to discuss benefits. Plenty of clearance from 500mm - 1200mm, no rubbish and very dry underneath so clear access.

Install insulation in roof. We have about 20 pieces of insulation left over from a minor renovation that we’d like to be added into our ceiling. Entry to the roof is through a manhole in the powder room. You’d need your own ladder to access roof and leave the powder room area clean on completion of the job - no handprints, fluff etc

83sqm of insulation needing to be installed in my ceiling. I have the insulation batts sitting in the roof. Currently there is no insulation installed, plenty of room in the roof for access. This is a labour only job, no tools or materials required.

Title says it all. I am after someone to come to my house to quote for insualtion services and provide quote. Hopefully can come this week or next as Im looking to get this done ASAP. Currently nothing in the roof except for evap cooling system. This is only for in person inspection NOT for actual job itself.
