We have moved into a 3 bedroom apartment and have random furniture from other rentals we’ve lived in. We need help with how to organize and decorate the space. Need experienced interior designer to provide idea about furnishing 1 living room including home office desk area and one bedroom. We are doing some renovations including putting in new flooring so would prefer to redecorate. You will need to come to our home and take a look and you will be able to do the entire rooms from scratch. Living room is approx 8x8m and bedroom is approx 4x5. I will find blue prints and attach to this task. 1. Pick out all furniture, and specify layout as per agreed theme. I have a few ideas - coastal luxe is nice, I am open to any suggestions. I don’t want clutter and want to keep it simple, comfortable, low maintenance and pretty - kind of like a hotel room. I have a few example pics that I liked. Eg I like the King furniture max sofa but am open to other suggestions. 2. Decide on flooring - will be using wood flooring most likely 3. If possible can pick out curtains. I am considering automatic curtains also. We may get these installed later however due to budget constraints. Budget is approx $20K for furniture only excluding curtains. Help with Setup of Christmas Shopping centre activation... Working with a team of installers. Unpack and carry all props etc. Trees/shelves/pots/plinths etc, Hang curtains and put up any decorative panelling etc. Vinyl walls of santa set on site x 6 sections pink room/green room only Vinyl orange floor decals - pink area Place bollards etc... All with direction from on site. $100 per man per hour - minimum 4 hours on site.
