Paint townhouse internal walls.

Current wood is dark stain (see images). We want is semi gloss white - we have bought white dulux aquanamel semi gloss. We need the following doing: all architraves, sills door surrounds (but not doors) skirting boards. Do not need doors done. No need to fill imperfections, just sand, prime/seal and paint 2 coats of the white paint we have. Approx 40 door frames/window frames (no doors though) and all skirts. It must look bright and white, and we have just redone the floors and painted the walls so we need a careful job, no paint spilling/dripping. Please share prior work on skirts and architraves. Floor plan shows extent of the work needed.
