3 storey townhouse requires exterior and interior painting completed before Easter. Is currently inhabited so furniture and carpet will need to be protected. Some attempts have been made to paint the interior and likely needs sanding for a better finish Exterior: front and back. May need a cherry picker to paint fire break wall between townhouses and the top level Interior: Carpet must be protected. Looking for skirting, trim, stair rails and doors to also be painted same color as walls and ceiling. Colours are yet to be decided. Need to start asap.

Unfurnished 2-bedroom ground floor apartment in Brunswick East in need of a fresh coat of paint. Touch ups have been done with a different shade of white. Some minor patching required. Ceilings are high for an apartment.

Professional painters needed to prep and paint three bedrooms, a hallway and a living/dining area with a low odour, low VOC, low sheen true neutral white paint (two coats, exact shade TBC). Must be registered, insured, etc, and must supply all materials and paint. Property will be vacant (though we will be coming and going). On a tight timeline, so welcome quotes from those working with teams and/or happy to work Saturdays/weekends (we get keys late on Friday 19 Jan and hope to be moving in Wednesday 24 Jan).  No doors, trims or skirts need painting, only walls and ceilings in the bedrooms and hallway, and walls only in the combined living/dining area. - Bedroom 1: approx 3.5 x 4m (ceiling height approx 3m). Walls and ceiling. Current colour light yellow walls, white ceiling. Note one wall has some wall mounted shelves that we will attempt to remove the night of property settlement, so some minor prep/puttying likely required.  - Bedroom 2: approx 3.5 x 3.8m (ceiling height approx 3m). Walls and ceiling. Current colour light yellow walls, white ceiling.  - Bedroom 3: approx 3.5 x 3.5m (ceiling height approx 3m). Walls and ceiling. Current colour is off/warm white. Note room includes an antique fireplace that should be protected from any paint spills. - Hallway: approx 9m x 1.15m (ceiling height approx 3m). Walls and ceiling. Current colour is off/warm white.  - Living space: approx 10.5 x 3.4m (ceiling height average approx 2.7m). Walls only (not ceiling). I have a rental apartment in Brunswick East that needs at least 85 -90 m2 of wall painted this month (preferably before June 28th. Also interested in extending this quantity to include 2 (smaller) bedrooms and a bathroom based upon pricing. I can supply paint and the time of painting can be flexible. This is a 2 level apartment so there are some full height walls that rise to 4870mm in height, 2500mm short corner to 4870mm high corner. Walls are clean and have been painted before, so it is just a top coat.
