Find an experienced interior house painter in Gold Coast

Looking to paint the inside of our house we may have to do room by room due to budget restrictions but hoping to get an idea of what we might be looking at in terms of price. Bedrooms/bathrooms are less of a priority. Very keen to do the common spaces at least skirting and doors included. House is 4 bed 2 bath laundry and seperate kitchen/dining and lounge. Nothing fancy just want to paint the walls white (currently cream) thanks!

We are looking for full interior painting of a 3 bedroom house in Burleigh. Walls, ceilings, skirtings etc. No need to do the inside of the garage. All the walls and ceilings are gyprock, except for one wall of the 'Family/Dining' which is brick. See the attached floor plan for size. Internal area is 145sqm but there are large windows and glass sliding doors in many spaces.

Need ceiling freshly painted. Need walls patched, sanded and painted

Paint water based top coat on front door and bench inside, paint above portico white (can stand on portico), paint side fence and metal above fence and monkey bars, sand stairs and tint. Likely more work down the track as whole house eventually needs painting. Paint will be payed for.

We need some painting and touch ups done inside and outside. Outside is predominantly the ceiling on the patio and ceiling around the house. Inside is corners throughout the house and other small patches and small cracks.

A coat of Dulux paint, ceilings, walls, skirtings, architraves, doors, internal. 2 bedroom, lounge, dining kitchen open plan. 2 Bathrooms, tiled to ceiling , paint ceiling only.

If I supply paint and materials. I have approx 30 metres in need of someone to paint one side of fence, I have already done alot of it already.

Need patching, sanding and painting where light fixtures were replaced with ceiling fans x4 rooms. Also need bathroom ceiling sanded as its peeling, and repainted.

Paint interior brick walls approx 220-250m2, walls varying height up to 3m so will require some ladder work. We have painted the other half of the house and took us 3 days, with 2 of us and using a gun then rolling and brushing it in. Not the ceilings, just one small ceiling area 25m2 included in the above measurement. We figure about 60 man hours, $3600 labour and about $1400 on paint (including primer).
