I need someone to paint a 3 bedroom, 2 story house in Bayside before I move in. Budget job. Interior only, 2 coats of white or off white, same colour all around. House is empty. Needs to be done in Jan. Most of the wood work (doors, windows, staircase etc) is stained, and doesn’t need to be painted, but I would like this dusted off and washed down, and taped up/covered where needed before painting so it doesn’t get paint splatter Some woodwork is painted, this needs to be painted 2 coats: 5 doors and door frames only one side (the other half is stained) Windows inside only, 2 large, 3 mid size, 2 small All woodwork is in good condition and just needs a light sand, except 1 small window in a bathroom which is in pretty bad condition and will need filling. The walls are a mix of plaster, plasterboard, the house is old and has a fair few cracks (see pics, only 3 or 4 big ones) and paint flaking, these need to be scraped, filled, sealed, and painted. The kitchen has a row of old cabinets (see pic, paining non-sink side only, around sink doesn’t need painting) these need just a light sand and paint 2 coats inside and outside. The floors are hardwood and need to be covered to protect from paint splashed. Once finished the house needs to be vacuumed etc, from the dust and flaked paint. I can supply the paint, but you will need tools, dropsheets and everything else. Any questions just ask.

Hi, I am after a painter to repaint the inside of 3 internal warddrobes. Currently the warddrobes are a light blue colour. I am wanting to repaint the inside white. I am moving back to Melbourne and my 4 bedroom house has been rented out for three years. The house was predominantly painted before we rented it out. The house seems grubby and unkempt. I'm looking to freshen up with a coat of paint to the walls and ceilings. The cupboard doors and wall tiles were painted over 6 years ago and these will require touching up with a high quality oil paint too. I will arrive home on 22 November and would ideally like to job completed before arriving home. I have someone who can meet you at the vacant property to let you in and out. The house is completely empty at this time which I believe would make the job easier.

Hallway (1/2) - freshen up, minimal preparation required. Single coat. Walls only. Dining/Living - crack above external door (lounge area), crack above study door (loung area), crack near fireplace, crack near skylight (see attached photos - likely need to paint lounge/dining ceiling, excluding lightwell/skylight). Aside from the cracks, minimal prep needed. Not all walls need painting. Ceiling and walls all same colour. Study - cracks above lounge door, crack in one corner. Could colour match and only paint 2 walls, or paint whole room to match the rest of house. Bedroom - a few plaster repairs needed, and repainting of all walls and possibly ceiling. ------------------ Will need to inspect for a quote. House needs tidy up, covering some fine plaster cracks. Lounge/dining requires ceiling and the odd wall that has marks, study will require fine plaster crack repair and repaint of walls. One bedroom needs some minor wall surface repair and walls repainted. All areas have white wall, cornice and ceiling (same colour).

Just bought property and due to being tenanted needs to be repainted, will be cleaned properly prior. Will buy the material required for job.
