I'm moving into an apartment and the whoever did the walls hasn't gone high enough so there are streaks about a foot off the roof on most of the walls. Looking to get both bedrooms and the living/dining/entry space redone before moving furniture in. 3 storey townhouse requires exterior and interior painting completed before Easter. Is currently inhabited so furniture and carpet will need to be protected. FACADE: We require the facade of our brown brick warehouse to be sprayed white. Photo of the building attached. The painted area required is the second level, the columns either side of the driveway and the alcove including ceiling and roller door. The building is 10m W x 8m H (approx) over 2 storeys. We don't have a scissor lift but one can be hired if needed. INTERIOR WALL: 6m H x 4m H brown brick wall to be painted white. FLOOR: 20m x 10m concrete floor to be painted (colour tbc) Date: we require the job to be complete by 11th April (can be flexible)

Paint (walls, ceiling, window woodwork) the interior of a small 2-bedroom terrace in North Fitzroy. You do not necessarily need to be a specialised painter, a handyman or self renovator could do this. Look to paint it a warm white colour. Notes: - the house is empty (no furniture at all to protect or cover) - flooring is being replaced after paint so protecting floor isn’t crucial - photos of the house are from the real estate I predict 2 days for the bedrooms and hallway, 1 day for the living area, 2 days for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry giving the job 5 days in total to complete. You will need to light patch too, this will be quoted and paid on top of this after inspection. I predict 1-2 days for light patching. The payment is for labour and tools (brush, buckets etc), not including the paint (which I will supply). Ideally you can inspect on Friday 13th December and begin works the following week.

Paint to be supplied, all other materials (including dropsheets, protection, etc.) to be supplied by Airtasker. Job needs to be finished within 5 days.
