Paint (walls, ceiling, window woodwork) the interior of a small 2-bedroom terrace in North Fitzroy. You do not necessarily need to be a specialised painter, a handyman or self renovator could do this. Look to paint it a warm white colour. Notes: - the house is empty (no furniture at all to protect or cover) - flooring is being replaced after paint so protecting floor isn’t crucial - photos of the house are from the real estate I predict 2 days for the bedrooms and hallway, 1 day for the living area, 2 days for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry giving the job 5 days in total to complete. You will need to light patch too, this will be quoted and paid on top of this after inspection. I predict 1-2 days for light patching. The payment is for labour and tools (brush, buckets etc), not including the paint (which I will supply). Ideally you can inspect on Friday 13th December and begin works the following week.

Paint one window inside and out, and paint two other windows outside - including preparation for painting. Windows are on first floor of terrace house. FIRST WINDOW: We have had to replace a Victorian sash window which was rotten. We have had the window replaced. We need someone to fill in the gaps/putty parts where the new and old window meet, then paint the outside and inside of the window in semi gloss paint. Two coats. WINDOWS TWO AND THREE - Just outside of window to paint. Will require light sanding of old paint, undercoat and re-painting. Please note, the windows are on the first floor so the outside of the window (and sills) will require you to work on a ladder. Windows are approx 95cm wide by 220cm high. We can provide the paint if that is easier. Also, this is a fiddly job as it is a sash window and we would like someone who is good at taking care with old windows and detailed work. Thank you.
