The color is chalk USA white. Ceiling is normal matt color and walls are low sheen and trimes are semi gloss. Paint to be waterbased and need two coats of paint to achieve best results. I am not sure if trims need primer before painting or not! The house doesn’t have any furniture, and no flooring. So, it can be done quickly

A single-story 10years old house in Ferntree Gully has to be painted. 4 bedrooms, living, family, kitchen, passage, bathroom, & laundry. Standard size house inside including walls only(white) 2 coats, ceilings(family, living & passage only), front door only, other doors (just touch up, 1 hour work) & porch ceiling & front eaves have to be painted. I have access to a new property for two days before carpet is laid. Need a high wall (stairwell) painted and other walls after patching has taken place. Has had renters and painting over repairs. Matching existing paint. Just need to do as much as I can before carpet and I move in. Will need all own equipment. I can supply paint.

Rooms included: - Living room (all walls except dark feature wall (already painted) - Rumpus room - Hallway - Kitchen / Dining (This includes ceilings, walls, skirting boards & window trim and door frames. Does not include doors.) Not required: (Exclude from quote) - Bathroom - Painting WC - Bedrooms - Painting doors. The rooms have been majority prep, patching, sanding etc so ready to go. Paint is provided. Different paint colours have been chosen for different rooms, but windows, skirting boards and ceilings are all same colour. While we have some materials (roller, drop sheets, brushes etc) though you may prefer your own kit etc.
