Just had all windows in a 2 storey, 3 bedroom home replaced. In total 6 windows upstairs, and 7 windows downstairs. New carpentry has been installed for each window & so the following is required: - Prepare surfaces (filling & sanding where nails have been used, sanding back the wall paint immediately around the window where damaged, proper masking of the windows etc) - Two coats of oil-based paint on the trims / sills etc. - Two coats on the area immediately surrounding the window with a water-based wall paint. All painting is interior, and no walls need to be done except the areas immediately around the window (within 1-2 inches of the window) where the paint has been damaged by the window replacement. Edit: sample photo’s added you can see the condition & work that is required (the photo’s don’t cover all windows that need to be painted, that is per description of task).

Single story house. Painting ceiling (whole house comprising four bedrooms, lounge dining, hall and bathroom). Also some interior walls which are a combination of painted brick and plaster board(to be discussed depending on price, but definately the lounge, dining and front hallway). Happy to discuss possible spray painting if that's an option. Also outside eaves depending on price.
