Need to patch several places and paint the walls. There is also wallpaper in 2 walls that need to be removed and painted. Also the stairs need to be painted. Only interior patching and painting required. Its a double story house.

Details are below Property size - 133sq.m internal Property type - Duplex Paint sections - Ceiling, walls, skirtboard, cornice Lower Level - currently walls are a shade of light grey in the living room area. They will be painted white and one wall green Upper Level - Currently white and will be painted white. One wall in each room will be painted a different colour Paint Required - Taubmans Endure and paint cost will be reimbursed Notes- 1. Staircase area is quite high 2. Cornice needs to match walls colour 3. The property is available from 15th to 19th to complete the job. 4. Quote should include all consumables 5.
