Interior painting scope as follows: House 1 (red): - First floor: Wall painting to all rooms (ceiling height 2.7m) - Stair case / corridor: Wall and ceiling painting - Ground floor: Wall painting to corridor, laundry and entry area only (ceiling height 2.5m approx) House 2 (blue): - First floor: Wall and ceiling painting to all rooms (ceiling height 2.7m) - Stair case / corridor: Wall and ceiling painting - Ground floor: Wall painting to corridor, laundry and entry area only (ceiling height 2.5m approx) Homes will be vacant (no furniture) however, floors need to be protected. Condition of walls is generally good with some minor repair in select locations. Some ceilings have ceiling roses. Please quote homes separately and assume that House 2 will be completed first (in week commencing 24/02/2025) and then House 2. Please allow for 2x coats, Wattyl paint or similar. Colour: Antique White or similar (throughout, all walls).

I need the walls of two rooms prepared and painted in white at my business (See image in yellow). All furniture will be removed. It must be done between 28th and 31 Dec as the business will be closed. Additionally, I will pay for the paint used.

Two spots on one interior wall need to be covered, paint was peeled off by posters stuck to wall. The damaged areas in question are both approximately 10cm by 10cm. I don’t have the paint or know what paint it was because I was only renting the room.
