Hallway (1/2) - freshen up, minimal preparation required. Single coat. Walls only. Dining/Living - crack above external door (lounge area), crack above study door (loung area), crack near fireplace, crack near skylight (see attached photos - likely need to paint lounge/dining ceiling, excluding lightwell/skylight). Aside from the cracks, minimal prep needed. Not all walls need painting. Ceiling and walls all same colour. Study - cracks above lounge door, crack in one corner. Could colour match and only paint 2 walls, or paint whole room to match the rest of house. Bedroom - a few plaster repairs needed, and repainting of all walls and possibly ceiling. ------------------ Will need to inspect for a quote. House needs tidy up, covering some fine plaster cracks.
