I'm looking for a painter to paint my interior walls, windows, doors, skirting and Architraves, I want a professional job done, I'll supply paint, some of the varnished walls still need sanding before priming. Im in the trade, I know what a good job looks like, I'd like a professional. I've already filled and sanded nearly everything, it's ready for paint.

You do not necessarily need to be a specialised painter, a handyman or self renovator could do this. Look to paint it a warm white colour. Notes: - the house is empty (no furniture at all to protect or cover) - flooring is being replaced after paint so protecting floor isn’t crucial - photos of the house are from the real estate I predict 2 days for the bedrooms and hallway, 1 day for the living area, 2 days for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry giving the job 5 days in total to complete. You will need to light patch too, this will be quoted and paid on top of this after inspection. I predict 1-2 days for light patching. The payment is for labour and tools (brush, buckets etc), not including the paint (which I will supply). Ideally you can inspect on Friday 13th December and begin works the following week.
