The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.
