I HAVE an acer laptop, and after doing all the necessary things to make sure it will receive the internet service, it keeps saying...can't connect, but will do so if I plug in the cable. Which leads me to think l have a hardware problem.

Looking for a Professional IT guy to repair my internet which is not working even though we have changed the new Asus mesh modem.

Our home internet is intermittent. Vodafone and the nbn technician already went here and no problem on their part. They think it’s the cable at home that is broken that’s why internet is slow and intermittent.

There's a bridge router connected to the main internet The main internet is okay however most likely due to power outage of someone unplugged certain things we need someone to be on site to check what's going on We will provide remote assistance over the phone preferably somewhere know network knowledge

G’day, I’m having a bit of trouble setting up my wifi and internet. I’ve got the router here and some details from my provider, but I’m not really sure what I’m doing. I just need someone who knows what they’re doing to get it all working so I can use the internet on my devices. A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet.
