No Internet coming through from the main box to the modem

Hi. Need help. Shouldn’t be so hard. 😔. Of getting Netflix to work on family tv. It did work but we needed to change modem.

Shifted house. modem was there. Just need to link to new internet supplier

We have NBN connection. It has been dropping out regularly

I can't connect my laptop to the printer. I can't connect an old computer tower as it's permanently logged us out. I can't connect a label maker.

I am struggling to work out how to get our modem set up with the nbn box. If someone could please come and help get us online that would be great 😄

Have had ongoing issues with telstra. Had fttp installed by nbn last week. Looking for someone to install new modem for me and help me connect to new provider - probably aussie broadband. Pics of current setup provided. Have tplink switch and receivers througjout the house Happy to buy modem off installer too that best suits

My NBN internet connection has been down since 29th March. I need an ACMA-licensed technician to inspect and fix the issue as soon as possible. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting with no success — this likely needs a professional diagnosis and repair.

My security cameras was connected with the 5G internet. Recently I have changed the internet which NBN and also the router has been changed and displaced. Could you please connect me again with my new internet, so I can see the video of security cameras through hik connect app or any other app?

I have a Tenda AX3000 dual band router. I have two networks set up, one is 2.4ghz and the other is 5g. The 5g is working fine; the 2.4g is connecting but no internet. Need assistance getting this working

Hi Every one, My father in law needs help re reconnecting his internet to his computer. Unsure what happened but the internet is still working on the ipad through wifi but not on his PC it has not been working for a week.
