Hi there, I’m having an issue with my internet provider where they’re insisting that there is a line issue in my building (there isn’t, we have no other issues in the whole building of 190 apartments) and they want a technician to check the line and provide confirmation that there isn’t anything wrong with the building line before they can escalate it with NBN. We are needing someone to come to apartment to assist with our internet connection with Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.
